Roasted Skinless Chicken Legs

Servings: 2
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Degree of Difficulty: Very easy

Ingredients:
4 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/4 Tbsp Bayou Blackening Spice (or your favorite spice)

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees (non convection), or 475 degrees (convection)
  2. Mix yogurt and seasoning together until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken legs with the yogurt/spice mixture. Leave a little mixture to add to the chicken after the legs are flipped.
  4. Place on roasting pan. Insert in oven.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and coat with the remaining yogurt/spice mixture.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes

Tips
You can use any seasoning of your choice. Also the chicken legs can be swapped out for chicken thighs.
